Tahoe SC took the time to look up for me the part #'s for the conversion to do GP shift using VFR/ Blackbird parts. Here's what he sent me (he said he was too lazy to cut/ paste and post himself)

VFR is 24701-MAT-000, bolt 95701-06020-00 and rubber piece 24781-KR3-770

look up 'pedal' for 2003 vfr800 and it'll show brake and shifter. you want the shifter, it's like item 1.

you'll need to get the little rubber piece too or just fab one up.

cbr1100xx is... 24701-MAT-000 you need the bolt too...90051-MN8-870 and the rubber pedal piece 24781-KR3-770 or fab this up.
