Question Fouled plugs? Power commander acting up?

I asked last fall about why my bike was bogging down and wouldn't start right and everything else. I changed the FPR as suggested and it helped a lot. No more starting issues, but she is still bogging down a bit when I crack open the throttle.

I just put a new K&N Air filter on today. The old filter was so dirty..... x-rated dirty. It seems to have more power now mid range but its still bogging down low.

I'm thinking from when I was riding with the bad fpr I fouled out my plugs or they might even be gaped wrong.

Or do you think its just a crappy map on my power commander? I have the software, but I don't know how to get the new map from my computer to my PC. Im thinking the previous owner didn't give me everything I need for it.

Any tips or suggestions would be great. Even a link to more power commander info would be helpful.

I really want to ride another F4i just to see if its just the way they are. Any volunteers lol

If it were me, I'd disconnect the Power Commander and see how the bike behaves without it. If it clears up, then it's obviously the PC. Also, it's my understanding that without a Dyno tunning, PC's aren't worth the effort.
