hi , i have an 05 Honda CBR 600 f4i and the bike just won't keep steady rev's , even at 8000 in 6th gear , after a few seconds it will start dropping down and the second i pull the throttle it will surge as hell then drop again , but if i do not pull the throttle at the first few rpm drops it will start sputter/blogg/cough and while pulling the throttle it feels heavy like it was stuck.FPR replaced , air filter replaced , tank is clean , plugs are new , no clipped hoses , all contacts from everything cleaned , all sensors tested and are in range by the manual , fuel filter clean , fuel pump in range, no FI errors.The rpm drop and surges happen in all gears in any rpm range.Sometimes it just won't start even after riding for hours , stop a few mintues for a break and it won't start at first button push , sometimes when cold it starts but seems to cough like it doesn't get fuel for a few seconds.Also no power commander and stock exhaust , bike used to work perfectly last year , but since this year problems kept on coming.If anyone had the same issues even after changing the usual parts that make the problems , any help is appreciated.

 

How may kms on the odo? have u checked the valves clearances? is the TB synchronized?

 

29k km's , yes the valves clearances are ok and the TB are in synch
