Default f4i fuel pump wont turn on when I turn the key

My bike will crank all day but it wont fire and I was trying to figure out and I came to realize that when I turn the key to the "on" position I cant hear the fuel pump going. I checked my wiring and the brown wire doesnt go any where. Where is it supposed to go. And the green wire that goes to that yellow box with all the other green wires has about 3 green wires that dont go anywhere and there just laying around. Before they were connected to something because the bike was running great, But the wiring harness was to close to the header and it caught fire and now I can't figure out where those wires go. Please help. Oh yea my bike doesnt have headlights, turn signals, horn, and tail lights because it's a stunt bike.

Pictures would be nice. You need the wiring diagram that can be gotten from the service manual downloaded from a link in the forum. Search for it. From your description the green wires sound like the tailight and turnsignal wires but you said your header burnt them and they wouldnt be close. Like I said with some pics we can help you pretty quickly.

Ok i'll put up pics after i'm off work around 4. I think the reason the wiring harness was put there was because there was a lot of unused wiring due to not having the lights, horn, blinkers, etc. so the previous owner bundled them all together in electrical tap and it was to close to the header and burned.

I believe the previous owner did because I can't find the bank angle sensor anywhere.

Ok heres pics. One pic shows the plug for the fuel pump and I'm holding the brown wire that doesn't go anywhere. The other is yellow plug that has lots of green wires and i'm holding three that don't go any where, and the last pic is all the wires that were taped up and they got burned but I cleaned it up and most of them dont go any where. and in the mess of wires that got burnt were two plug that got totally melted but didnt go to anything, probally headlight or something.

ok, I dont know about the green ones yet, I will look at my bike later on that. The brown wire is why it wont run though. It is goes to the fuel cut relay so your fuel pump isnt being told to turn on. There is a 10 pin plug somewhere that it runs to. If you dont see the other exposed brown wire, goto the right rear of the bike where the relays are and follow the wiring from the relays. You should find the 10 pin plug and then the other brown wire to follow and splice back together.

Ok thanks. so do both brown wires go to the fuel cut relay? cuz theres two brown wires and one green wire. one of the brown wires already goes back towards that area.

As I sent you in pm. The Green wire is ground. Brown black is reserve and the brown is power that is fed through the fuel cut relay.
