Default Draining coolant

where abouts is the drain plug for coolant. I followed the rad hoses down to the bottom left side near the shift rod, small bolt with an arrow pointing to it. Would that happen to be it? Manual says nothing of it, and couldnt find the answer through a search, so a quick answer is all I need. Thanks. (2001 f4i).

forget them bolts...just pull off the hose right before the water pump.
much faster than the dribble using that bolt.
