Default Bike sounds wierd

Hey guys, im having a wierd problem.

A few weeks ago i noticed the bike would kind of rev wierd when at high rpm and low gear. like would move up and down slightly. best way i could describe it is "wur wur wur wur" as opposed to "wuuurrrrrr" hahaha.

I did get the tire change about a month ago, and i didn't remember it happening before that... could it be unbalanced? or any other problem witht he bike? i can deal with it, but its just kind of annoying.

Not really. No vibration that I can really tell. Shimmy? im not sure what that means... Just what I described. I've heard there might be a flat spot on the tire?

I don't think it's from the engine, because when I rev it stays constant, but only when im moving will in move up and down mabye 200 rpms. I can see the needle move. And it seems to go away at higher speeds.

What tire did you get changed, both? If it is the rear try doing a nice burnout to get that flat spot out of it and to get the oil that comes on new tires off. If its the front, Im not sure.goodluck
