Motion Pro sync Tool
I honestly can't remember how I filled mine, I've had them forever. Isn't there lil plugs you remove to pour liquid in?
You're not the only one! I just changed out the racks on my 900 and had to split it to fix a leaky o-ring on one of the inlets. Of course, the arms that connect from carb to carb needed to be loosened to interlock properly. = sync way out!
I hooked them all up to eachother and made sure they were the same, but the damn engine was carrying on running like crap- I also ran the small tank out of gas because of trying to keep her running and adjust the damn tool so it was a bit like I was the monkey, with a big fat football if you know what I mean.. Lol
I put the lines on all the the cylinders, started it up and thats when all he'll broke loose on number 1. The revs went thru the roof cause it was completely closed and the engine was leaning out(no more gas) so when it shut itself down, I wad just standing there with my jaw on the floor like..... REALLY?? That just happened!???
I ended up usin the tool to sync 2&4 then took 4 and switched it to 1 but DAMN, felt pretty stupid! Lol
