Default Motion pro jumbo chain tool Review

Morning all,

Got my Jumbo chain tool in last night to rivet up my chain, i had been using a clip link for 2 weeks or so. Anyways the thing worked great, it's simple, and built damn tough. Unlike many reviews for the regular tool from motion pro, the jumbo never felt like it was going to break, or actually break. Extra tool heads are stored in the handle. The whole package is pretty sweet. Took about 20 minutes to pop out the clip link and install the rivet link. I definitely recommend this tool. PLUS i found it at tool source . com for $109 bucks shipped. Thats the same price or less than the regular tool everywhere else!

I actually used one of the motion pro regular tools this weekend when I put new sprockets and chain on and broke the pin. It was one of my friends tools and it had never been used before, luckly it only cost $4.56 to replace the pin.I was using my bare hands to tighten it and I couldnet tellI had broken it untilI tried to take it apart to put it away. Sounds like the jumbo chain tool prolly worth getting instead.

them pins always break on the backk end...totally sucks...but hey...there's not much metal there...they need to make the pins with some other materials...
