Has anyone here sucked the fluid up in the cylinder and had to refill the tool yet ?

I don't know. Have you?

I use the carbtune with stainless rods. About the same price, and no fluid.

Did the tubes have the little restrictors in them? I've had same set for 15 years or more and never had it sucked into engine. What'd you do, go crazy with the throttle?

restrictors where in place at the end of the tubes on the side that attaches to the vacuum ports. just as the directions said. and there was no extra throttle, only idle .

Did it do it right when you started it? Just curious. Sometimes random massive vacuum pulses happen on startup if one of the cylinders decides for a second to carry a lot of load.

That's just wierd. Like I said, never had a problem with my set. Was it really hot where you were working with them? Like an idiot I tried to set dual carbs on my VW bug couple of winters ago. Didn't dawn on me how mercury reacts with temps. Took about 3K rpm's to get it out of bottom of tool LOL.

yeah it was right when i started it . and it was only the 2 from the left cylinder. So what should i do to avoid this in the future? would it be ok start the bike with the plugs, and 1 by 1 quickly replace the plugs with the vacuum tube of the tool ?
