Default Dyno-Tune... Will Dynojet Ignition Advance Help?

Hey All,

It seems like there is a divided response on whether the Dynojet ignition module helps. I'm assuming most of these people are just plugging the unit in and running basic setups, or tuning by themselves on the street.

I'm hoping to get to a dyno within the next few weeks for a full custom map. I would ASSUME that the person tuning the bike would be able to make more power if they are able to adjust fuel AND spark, yes?

It would be fun to have them make two maps, one with pump gas and pump gas timing, then another map with race fuel, with ignition advanced!

Any input?

Spoke to Mickey Cohen at Mickey Cohen Motorsports...

He said without significant engine mods, the ignition advance would be pretty useless for my bike.

So, next step is a dyno tune with custom map!
