I am still waiting on the piston seals from UK( supposed to arrive on 26th), frame sliders have been shipped though, so has the tank decals and rear spools. Ebay uk recieved a case for the seals as i needed them weeks ago hope they show up aoon. I will stop by the paint supply house this week as well to get a matching paint for the tank.

Little tid bits were done in the garage, I was able to get the tires mounted, Rear rotor mounted, and got my table vise mounted.

In other news my buddy bout a wrecked 03 600rr with USD forks, ported head, full exhaust, stainless steel brake lines, and some other goods. The forks need new seals so I'll be doing those for him sometimes this week.

You started a thread yet? I'd like to see pics!

I have not yet but I am still on my other thread. I just screwed up the paint on my frame (the can actually is to blame) it stop working for a second and then shot out a bunch of paint at once and it ran. So now I have to fix that. I will take some pics and put them on my thread here soon.

Parts update! picking up swing arm today finally, and the calipers seals came in yesterday. Sad note the seals are wrong they only fit the larger of the two pistons. Luckily I got tired of waiting and just ordered the OEM seals so they should b in today.

Auctmart has refused to send me a new front fairing as well , they stated that all there molds have similar imperfections. So instead they are sending me no cut frame sliders. I'm not to pissed but hopefully I don't get knit picked on the bike during re sale.

That kind of makes me think twice about going through auctmart now. I am going back to look and see the picture again.

Heres a close up of the issue on the front fairing blatantly obvious. Bwe can't do anything unless I wanna paint the front fairing, which I don't.

But this is my beloved swingarm freshly powder coated in satin black. I dig it a lot! I will be out of town for the weekend but wanna wish everyone a Happy and especially safe 4th! No drinking and driving or riding for that matter.

Looks really good, I am painting my swing arm today. It is already PC'd but I don't want the offsetting paint differences from the bed liner to the PC. It will all be taken apart anyways when it starts to get to cold to ride for the engine rebuild and the bed linered parts to be PC'd.

Had some time in the garage so I put the shock back together with new seals and oil. Wasn't sure how much nitrogen to put in so I put around 175psi in it. Looks great so far next step is to mount the spring and start reassembling the swingarm. I bought a stainless steel brake line for the rear for 10 bucks on eBay, I've been looking to get a set for the front but I'm looking for a deal.

Im starting to feel like the bike will be done soon which is an awesome feeling.

I need to pull my rear spring and have it PC'd as well but in red.
