Hi

It's leaking from the hole built in to the body.
I believe its there to prevent oil / water mixing?

Weep hole. And if its leaking, it is likely a bad seal.

When last out on the bike, came round a left hand corner and back tyre slipped!!

3 corners later I was home, left hand side of rear tyre covered in Antifreeze/water

A with in a moment or two a 2/3 inch puddle of coolant on the floor

Well, I wouldn't wait to fix it. Drain you coolant, pull off your water pump, pull it apart, and replace that seal and o-ring (while you're at it). #5 and #10.

WATER PUMP

Take pictures, and put up a thread in the "How-to" section once you have it fixed. It'll help a lot of fellow riders.
