I just watched a video on it on line I know what to do now. I will check it tomorrow after work and let you know what I come up with. Thank you again for your help. I really appreciate it greatly

Well there isn't any fuel coming out of the regulator

The rail was pressurized, right? (Ignition on)

There is always a chance, but it is pretty rare that ECUs go bad.

Do you have a power commander installed?
