Default Wont start when cold - push start only, help

I've got a 96 cbr 600 f3 that when it is cold, it will not start unless it is pushed or pulled with car. After it is warm, it will start just start just fine.

Any advise?

Spark plugs and wires changed and has good spark, air filter clean, fuel pump has pressure.

Thanks
Tom

Could be a bad battery. My does the same but the mm says the voltage on the battery is about 10.something-ish

The starts fine while warm is the stator giving the battery a charge. Take a mutlimeter to the battery or take the battery out and get it checked for a bad cell

Default Carbys need a rebuild needle and seats and o rings are due as its a 20 + year old bik

I have same issue ive replaced plugs, battery, fuel pump, voltage regulator and checked valve clearance and timing still having same issue as you next things to try is like i said carby rebuild kit or compression test, if none of your accessories are playing up and your coils and igniton are fine like mine its definitely your carbys stupid fuel mixture on these things but thats the price of a weapon all it takes is for a o ring to perish and it will suck in air there for wont start when cold. Im buying a kit soon if this doesnt work its unforchantly compression on one or worst case all of the cylinders.
