Default 954 won't start

Can someone please help. 03 954 bought it and it was starting rough. 4 or 5 times to get it to fire over. Fuel pump turned on fine though. I did a tune up. New oil new plugs and seemed to start ok and once warm it would be 100% good. Then I let it sit for 2 days. Haven't been able to fire it up since. Now I don't know what tbe kid ran oil wise in it before me but I bought Honda synthetic oil the gold bottle. And Honda iridium plugs. I threw the battery on charge and started to crank. It wanted to turn over once. It ran for about 5 seconds and died off. I checked for spark. Seemed ok. I have fuel. And no fuses were blown. Can someone please tell me what it could be. I even got new coil packs thinking maybe it wasn't getting enough spark.

Moved to the 954 section.

Do you have fuel pressure? You could have a FPR bleeding pressure off or, and it's happened to me, a fuel hose on the filter leak inside the tank. Have you replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the pre filter? The filter may be plugged if it's original.

I have not checked the fpr or the filter yet. But it seems by the smell from cranking that raw fuel is there. I can smell it out of my muffler after cranking for a while. For some reason it seems to me that it may be an electrical or spark issue.

Then it's getting fuel, way too much of it actually.

I'm still going with checking your FPR. When it goes bad, it will let fuel into the intake via the vacuum line.

Pull off the vacuum line and see if there's fuel in it.
Prime the pump and see if it leaks fuel from the port.

From the port of the fpr ? Should there be fuel coming out of it ? If there is fuel coming out of it does that mean it's bad ?

There should be no fuel in the port or the line. If there is, the diaphragm inside is ruptured.
