I'm not going to read through the whole thread, but sorry to hear about the bike man. Just a quick tip that can save your life especially in your situation. When a car is up the road getting ready to turn right in doesnt matter what lane your in, In the back of your head ASSUME they are going to pull out. Scan your options while approaching the car and BE READY to execute those in the event the vehicle pulls out. Same thing with the left hand turns those are the worst, if possible match or get close to a car next to you. As in if there is a car in the right lane and your in the left momentarily pace it. There is a good chance a driver will mistakenly not see you cause their eyes are trained to pick up cars(why so many bicyclists get hit). So they might try to beat the car or take off immediately after the car passes tagging you. See what i am saying so pace them if possible for a quick second.

I know guys you are right...I am sorry that I have put bad news about a rider falling down guys but just had to share with you guys Shame or no Shame...Stats or no stats...It happened to me n I am very cautious...anythin i see on the street I start to think that they might hit me ANYTHING...so i ride so carefully...Well you are never 100% you have put maximum...
