accident
I made a post a few weeks ago, regarding me getting into an accident. An update on it, is that, it is 100% the other persons fault! But now, I took my bike to the shop and it is going to cost $3800 to fix. What should I do? get it fixed? I love the damn thing, but now I am considering selling it and getting another honda, due to a salvaged title, or get it fixed and keep it. What do you all think?
insurance doesn't work that way you don't get two pay outs. I don't remember how bad the bike was damaged but for $3800 you could probably get another one thats not damaged and turn the other one into a track bike or sell it as is. Stunters love the 929's because of its low end power.

It will be going through her insurance. I just have to wait and hopefully this week I can decide what I want to do with it. Also, I didn't know that I can do it through my insurance? I knew I could, but I would still have to pay my deductible and my insurance would probably go up.

If she is at fault, you should not have to pay your deductible. Your insurance may take her insurance to court to collect on what is owed for the accident. Ask your insurance if they will do this b/c it will save you hassle if they deal with it.
