Accident last yr. Totaled my other bike which was my 1st liter bike,major injury w/ a broken femur and tibia, internal bleeding.Now I got 2 titanium rods and 6 screw in my left leg.I got a travel too fast for condition ticket from the copalthough it was the other driver fall (she's poor w/o any money or job). Her INS only cover $20K max (plus another $10k for my bike) mean I'll only get about $6,100 (after all fess). Should I take that or fight in court because fight in court I may lose the case for that travel too fast for condtion ticket. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW???

Yes I cant work w/ it myself. I do get a lawyer.My lawyer's adviseis take that offer but do u think lawyer can be lazy too? They may not wanna deal in court. They just want part of that money from ur accident?

yup call around to a few lawyers, most say they will get you 1 free talk so take them up on it. call them on the phone and say "i already have a lawyer but it's not really want I wanted to hear... what do you guys think?" then if they want to talk more go in and talk to them, it NEVER is a bad idea to educate yourself
