Default Question for Slip On Owners

For those of you who replaced the mid pipe, did you notice that the heat has melted or warped any of the plastic or the rubber line that runs by the pipe? Not sure If I should keep my OEM mid pipe that has the heat deflector and packing or go with the lighter OEm one.

Thanks All!

Jeff

I removed the stock heat shield for my Yoshi and I used the adhesive heat shield that comes with it and it works great. NO problems.
