Hey guys,
To those people who installed a two bros slip on themselves, as i am in the process of doing, does the can support assembly need to be bent? What i mean is there are two metal half circle like things that wrap around the can to hold it up under the seat. Do these pieces need to be bent because in the install instructions they show it being more like a circle but my parts arent. This is hard to describe in words but its making me angry. They dont meet the pics in the instructions. Just wondering if anyone had the same problem. Also the black rubber grommets that go over this piece are to long. Do i have to cut those down? or did they send me the wrong parts? HELP!

My black strips were too long- just trim it up

I also had to bend the clips a bit to really get them in there to hold on to the can. They are ovalish out of the box- keep pressing on

my rubber pieces were ok, but i also needed to bend mine as well. i went with the 2 bros elim kit, so one half of the oval i left off. with the extra bracket it came with, it fit better.

 

ya my black pieces are about an inch to long and the metal brackets need to be bent quite a bit because they dont match up
