keep the rpm's under 7,000 for the first 600 miles. and get a fender eliminator kit as soon as possible. The stock assembly is soooooo bulky. good luck
owners manual calls for no full throttle starts and no rapid aceleration.

nothing about RPM's

My first mods were fender eliminator kit and flush mount blinkers. $300 would cover that and then some.

then the solo cowl
then full yosh exhaust
PCIII
air filter.
smog block off plates.
puig windscreen

for break in, my advice, ride it under about 10k rpm than once you get that first oil change, ride it however you see fit.

Speaking of mapped out, your going to need that also if your planning on running that full Yoshi exhaust. Thats about $300 more.

Not sure what you mean about, "cat". I'm running off a generic map right now and it runs OK. But to get the maximum amount out of your full system you need to get a custome map for sure. Mines coming soon.
