the bike might have been built with racing in mind, but they were not built for racing.
RR - Race Ready.

more like Race Replica...

I'll believe Race Replica over Race Ready... because these machines are far from race-able in stock form. headlights, signals, DOT crap, have to drill for wires, open belly pan... the bike has to be nearly completely worked over before it's even close to Race Ready.

So i stand by my earlier statement. They may have been built with racing in mind, but they were not built for racing. Not even close.

But you were arguing the motor abuse of them. Nothing you mentioned having to change over invloves the motor. My bikes motor is 100% stock interally. These bikes can take alot of abuse, 99% of the time the bikes are totalled before ever even close to blowing up.

noooooooo, i said the BIKE wasn't built for racing. get your facts straight. with that said, run your bike how you want. It's your toy. me, i'll be sure that it stays running well past 2012.

Amazing because two posts ago you were commenting on the stock engines not lasting long racing. I do run my toy like it should be ran, on the track. They build these bikes with the track in mind not the street.
