my 2007 honda cbr 600rr is making a chain saw noise whne it is reved up to about 7000rpm its not the timing chain or tensioners casue those were replaced i have two of these bikes one with 20000km and the other with 4000km on it and they do the same this does anyone no what this would be

 

the tensioners that have been replaced...were they oem replacements or manual?

does the noise go away when you rev the hell out of it? like over 10k?
