Electrolysis means filling with a solution and connecting a rod to a battery?

How about Evapo-rust? Biodegradable. No acids, bases, or solvents or other toxic ingredients. Rinse. Then a bottle of rubbing alcohol to aid in drying.

Sure, Evapo-rust uses chelation reaction and has preferential attach to rust only. Won't hurt good metal like acids.

Only acid that works that way is phosphoric acid (Naval Jelly). Can find as concrete-remove/stain-remover at Home Depot. Check ingredients to make sure it's 100% phosphoric acid without any other additives.

Only coating I've found that works well is POR-15's kit. Includes metal conversion then cleaner and finally coating layer. Even so, I've seen it come off after many, many years. Much better than all other stuff.

Best just to keep tank filled up without any coatings. Rust won't form unless it comes into contact with moist air.

Any first impressions? What would you do in my shoes here?
I’ve used Chem-Dip however I didn’t use an any type of brush in the fuel rail of the carburetor until afterwards I noticed while assembling. (I do have an extra set of carburetors I purchased from a local person who’s home caught fire and their F3 was in the yard. Fairings ruined, handlebars, and seat, however everything else intact.). The float bowls and inside of the other carburetor has no corrosion.

Previous owner used RTV gasket maker as the o-rings for the fuel line-t and for the float bowl gasket. Was very messy and required removal of all the fine particles of the liquid gasket dried up inside the float bowl, and fuel rail chambers.
