Default carb adjustment

where are the air screws and fuel screws in the carb?and what is the compression spec for a 98 cbrf3?

It's not a riding mower dude. The only screw I know of only adjusts the fuel at idle. All your fuel adjustments will be made by changing jets or needles.

There is a fuel screw that will effect from closed throttle to about 1/8 throttle... somewhere in there. To adjust them you need a special wrench. The screws are on the bottom of the carbs. It is a huge pain in the as$ adjusting them. It is a very tight area. NOTE: Carbs either have a fuel screw or an air screw. To tell the difference, when you back off an air screw it gives the engine more air and less fuel, when you back off a fuel screw it gives the engine more fuel and less air.
