Default No power above 45 mph

Ive searched and searched but all i seem to find is info on how to bypass air solenoid valve. But mine has nothing of tubing or hoses, zero solenoids. 1995 f3

1st gear hauls all the up to 13k, shift in 2nd "pop-rumm-pop-pop-rummm-rumm-pop-pop-rumm". Same thing for every gear above 45 mph. If i role into second and hammer the throttle itll pull like mad till about 45-50 mph again. Zero dead spots in the power-band. Fuel pump was just rebuild and new NGK "R" plugs with a fresh charged battery. Running 87 fuel. Carbs are jetted, Yoshimura muffler welded to the 4-2-1 header/midpipe.

Thanks for help.

Another issue im having is the bike will not idle. Its other too low and dies out, or it just hangs above 2.5k. If i turn the idle screw out itll sit at like 500 rpm then stay out, but if i give it a tad bit of throttle and hold it say 1/16 of turn open, she idles perfect.

I had this kind of problem when the air hoses (coming from the front of the bike right below the headlight and the ones connected to the ram air intake got disconnected, check those.

I don't have any of those hoses to begin with. Is there a complete removal of the system I can do?

Fixed
If all hoses are missing, get a 5/8 rubber hose 2 feet long. Run the hose from one side of the ram air intake routing it between the carb and frame, into the center of the carb where another 5/8 side should be. From the other side of the ram air run a 5/8 hose to a 5/16 hose adapter to 5/16 hose, routed between the carb and frame again. On the end of the 5/16 hose, use a joint to spit out two more hoses to the lowspeed intakes of the carb.
Runs better than ever till the road ends.

The air solenoid is just for speeds below 15mph but the pipes do still need to be used if you have a search you can find the hrc mod how it is meant to be setup without the solenoid, idle will be rough but oh well just have a 1.5-2k idle to keep it going till you hit 15+mph
