I am about to install my engine back in my bike and need some tips, also I can't figure out which spacer is which, so need some help, also if you know what size the starter bolts are that would be appreciated.

 

A motorcycle manual can help you out. Also there is an online manual somewhere around here. Hope this helps

if you get the rear lower engine mount/bar in that doesnt have a spacer so that goes in just with the nut on the end then you have the massive spacer about 2 - 3 inch long that goes on the rear top which is the one where you have to remove that big alan key thing on the side of the bike and has a big bolt and nut that goes through

then you have 2 spacers that are the same size 1 goes on the front lower smaller bolt mounts and 1 goes on the front top mounts these all become very apparant through a process of looking at the gaps you have left once getting the rear ones in and you should have a small spacer that goes on the opposite side to the front lower one also

sorry i cant really explain it well but once you get the rear ones in you should be able to see. thats what i did last week

 

Thanks, any clues on how to do the hoses and wiring? kinda a rats nest and the manual isn't much help, assumes you magically know where they go
