installing a R/R

Default installing a R/R

i just ordered a new R/R and i was looking for some tips on installing it and where it is located

Well im going to assume that its a f3 bike since its in this area. Its located on the right side of the bike on the side of the frame behind the plastic. Pull the seat and the side off and its easy to get to. 2 bolts hold it on.

sweet im really looking forward to being able to ride more than an hour a day with out plugging my bike in

Don't laugh, but what is an R/R and is it something I should add on my bike?

an R/R is your rectifer regulaur it converts ac power from your stator to dc to recharge your battery ..... basicly its you allanator

Bammerman if you don't have to constantly charge your bike or have suddenly had a dead battery after riding all day, you prolly have a working r/r

It could be. LOL The stock ones are crap and alot of people change them out with the ones from a Suzuki GSXR.
