EXHAUST LEAK

Default EXHAUST LEAK

well i just installed my full 2 bro exhaust and now when i start it i got a leak from the front of the bike. i know from my other post that i was missing one if the header bolts but its from all over. i dont wanna tighten down any more cause i dont wanna snap the bolts. i was wondering was there suspose to be a gasket? get at me for any tips you guys got

Yes, there are gaskets for each cylinder. You need to remove the
system, install 4 new gaskets and replace that missing header bolt.

Thats right, you have four round metal washers that are between the headers and your exhaust vents, sometimes they will stick to your old headers check there and on the ground where you removed it. I lost one of mine and had to buy a new set. DO NOT go past the recomended torque settings for the exhaust mounting bolts. And when you do find them all give them a good cleaning before you reinstall them.
