Default no power wot

I have no power on wide open throttle at all mostly past 7,ooo. Recently the head was off (months ago) valves clean and resurfaced. The motor is 100% timed. I have spark at all four cylinders. cleaned carbs put the pilot jets 2 1/2 out. Main jet was all the way tight so i put it back there. New plugs. I do have 33,000 on the bike just not sure what is wrong. Half throttle i can pull the bike up but anything after that its basically dead. Fuel flot maybe or just running lean or rich? been on my 954rr so i dont spend to much time on it latly

Sounds like your slides aren't working, (jet needles stuck). Id pull the tops off and check to see that they arent gummed up or something.

Also after my bike sat for only about 2 days it had trouble starting (to me) it cranked for a while before starting. After i shut it down hot. it took about 4 secodns of constant cranking tro start. Im thinkin its running lean. i gotta drive it a bit then pull plugs see what color is what im thinking

No, I mean the slides. The main jets have needles that drop down into them from the top, those needles sit in, and are controlled by the slides, and go right through the throttle bore, so you can see them with the air cleaner off.As you reach WOT, the slides should rise smoothly, pulling the jet needles up out of the main jets, which opens them up. If your slides are sticking, the mains never come in because the needles keep them blocked. You can check this by removing the air cleaner and gently lifting up on the needles or the slides, if they don't move smoothly, or at all, you have probably found your problem.

Yeah, I'd check your plugs because it sounds like a fuel issue. I'd rev it up on the kidckstand for a while and keep it up around 7 grand for a bit, see if you're running lean or rich.
