Default Help tried but failed

Hi all I am new here, had my 1992 cbr600 for over 25 years and it's never missed a beat only 43489 miles on the clock as I don't really use it much, last year I rode her and my bike was playing up so looked her over and my battery was swollen and my rectifier had gone, so new rectifier and new battery, I took it out and started to play up like fuel problems but i have sat and stripped the carbs cleaned and blown them out, all rubbers are iintact new seal kit in the petcock I have put her back to gether and she is still doing it, changed the coils for new ones and still running poo popping and farting, I have an after market can and that is with a stage 1 dyno jet but that's been like that since I bought her all them years back I just not sure what else to check and any advice would be appreciated 😀

Tha california bikes have a lot of extra parts to reduce emissions. I would suspect that you would need to do extra work to bypass this before UK spec carbs would fit.

I can confirm that they have different part numbers and several of the components are different. Maybe you can use the following links to see if the California specific components could be recovered from your existing carbs and used on a set of UK carbs :-
