Fuel issue
Ok came home put another couple of litres in and left the tank open, good charge on battery now , could see the fuel being sucked down, fired up after a bit of adjustments with the choke running sweet now thanks
Sounds like you have it running now.
But just an FYI, F2's are gravity feed and should not have a filter after the petcock.
The fuel line should connect directly to the carbs.
The restriction of the filter can cause problems, especially at full throttle and such.

The Petcock does have a filter attached inside. Do you recommend I remove the inline filter then? It’s running lovely but I’ve not had it above 6k yet won’t be getting road tested probably until early next year.
If it was me. I'd remove it. Gravity feed should never have a filter before the carbs.
I've seen more than a few people do this and it causes problems.
And it just isn't needed. It's not improving or helping in any way.
The filter in the tank above the petcock is all you need.
I'll amend this statement slightly for knowledge sake.
Some gravity feed systems can use a small sintered bronze filter.
They offer zero restriction compared to paper filters and will work.
like this:
But in the case of the F2, still not needed, as it would be redundant to the filter already in the tank.
