Default Bike refuses to start

Hey everyone, first post here; wish it was to say the bike runs great but here goes:

Recently bought a'91 cbr, which was partially disassembled but not incredibly broken down. Guy swore it ran fine when he put it up, but never got to riding it again. Anyways, bought it, took it home, replaced the battery and started it up. Everything worked fairly fine from what I could see, idling a little high, but other than that was fine. Let it run for a while (it had been sitting in a garage for over 3 months) and put it away. Didn't have any time to put all the plastics back on but made sure I at least started it every day for about a week.

Came home from work, started it up for ~5 minutes, went in for dinner, came back and tried to start it and would not start. The engine turns over, feel air being pushed out the exhaust, and I hear the bike do a low rumble or purr or something maybe once out of every 10 attempts but it hasn't ever started up since before dinner :/ . Don't really know where to start as it's my first bike. Any suggestions? A small walkthrough (nothing too big or detailed) of any suggestion would be nice, but at this point, I'm grateful for any help

Pul the plugs, I'm betting they are gas fouled. Did you drain the old fuel and put some fresh stuff in? I'd start with some fresh plugs and fresh fuel and see what you've got then. [8D]

+1 fresh plugs. Also check the tank to make sure there isn't rust inside. if there is, the rust could have clogged the line/screen.
