Just me last thing the black cable which attaches to the battery I think I know where it goes to but just want to check,??

Tha is mate , so bikes good running well however fan won’t switch on I got the heat all the way up until it goes in to the red zone and still won’t switch on so I switched off don’t want to cook it, checked everything is plugged I. ? Hmm any steers?

Follow manual's procedures:

1. verify fan has +13v battery power going to it full-time

2. verify thermo-switch grounds other side of fan at 105C

3. verify wiring between thermo-switch and fan good.

So with regards to the fan not working the small wire with the ring on the end was bolted to the left hand side radiator mount, this is where it always was and the fan did work , however now it doesn’t so I moved it to the top fan mounting bolt and it came in straight away ,when it reached the temp 3/4 mark 👍

Hey guys , hope all is well , bike has a buyer !! So I will take it for a good blow out but I just noticed there’s a lot of popping coming from the exhaust anyone know what that could be

Well done Matey, loved the vid, a lonely packet of **** and a brew, while you rode off into the sunset..

Re the popping, could be header bolts need a tweek ??
