Yh 😜 what are header bolts? So like an idiot I put the engine all back together back in the bike radiator on all the fluids , forgot the valve adjustment so I will drain the rad get it out the way and do them , but header bolts don’t know what they are 🤔

 

Sometimes after fitting the exhaust downpipes to the engine, after a run they just need to be tightened up slightly. some are bolts some are studs with nuts, referred to as header pipes as they connect direct to the head of the engine. I use the word bolts probably incorrectly really, most are studs.

Just found a cbr 600 1997 , 26000 km has sat in a garage for 10 year when it was put there it was running , we want 500€ I think I will try get as low as I can , get it strip the carb in a tattooist and have a ultrasonic cleaner at work new batter give her clean new filters and fluids I see them up for 1500-2500
