Hello all!

I'm just curious about how many miles you all get out of a tank of gas.

 

I get from 4 to 6 miles to the gallon! Well I did get around 36 to 42 before I " modifyed " it 2003 fi

 

I was getting about 42 mpg @ 70mph, then installed a extended taller touring shield and it dropped to 39-40mph

I then installed slip ons and it increased again to about 42/43 mpg.

Some guys change the # of teeth on the sprockets (less or more) and that will either help or hurt the mileage.

 

damn, I'm only getting in the upper 20's. Most of my riding is around town though... and I'm not to soft on the throttle.

 

I get between 35 and 39 mpg riding 65km ( 40ml ) to work depending on throttle and I avg 90kmh ( 55mph ) with about 1/2 hwy and 1/2 twisty back roads, ( 98 carb )

 

I get high 30s on a combination of canyon riding and freeway riding. '02 with full Akro exhaust and PC3, tuned.

 

About 100 miles till the light comes on !!! I've seen all the way to 127 !! So it depends on that right hand grip !![sm=burnout.gif]

 

I average around 33mpg. I have an 01, bone stock. This is around town, flat out, and highway combined.
