Wrecked really bad!
Just wanna say....well...Holy ****, glad yer okay man.
Hope you recover quickly.
Has anyone told ya what the hell happenend? I never lost conciousness but:
I took a fender on the forks, and a pretty wicked somersault into the pavement at Iowa St, and River Dr. Davenport... Luckily I never broke nothing. Glad yer thinking of riding again. If ya want Igot Faster and The Kentucky Kid, The Tornado and the Doctor I can (ahem) backup and send you to watch over the recovery/chiro visits/neurologists/Phy Therapy time.
Just PM me man! They're yours and I'll pay the shipping.

Hey buddy, I just wanted to check in with you and make sure youare recovering ok. I'm sure there are some pretty tough times and some intense pain. I am still praying for you, not sure why but your story really made me think. I could be in your shoes right not -- same passion for bikes, same love for cbrs. I have only ridden my bike a couple times since reading your story. I guess I just wanted to tell you I'm still praying for your recovery and that you will learn God's reason for this crash and for you.
I'm glad to hear you are recovering. Keep your head up and eyes on that wonderful woman you have. Her commitment to you is admirable. I wish you a speedy recovery andmany safe miles on your new bike. I would hop right back on, too. It is good clean fun.
On another note, what equipment were you wearing? If it did it's job, I'd personally like to know what brand/models you were wearing. I still have some items to add to my atire when riding and your imput would be appreciated.

Any updates on this thread? This was like a good movie with no ending (pardon the analogy). I would like to hear how you did with your recovery, rehab, your familiesthoughts about riding again, is your girlfriend still around, did you get a new bike? I went through a pretty severe crash myself Memorial Day Weekend of this year. I can definitely understand the pain you were in (probably not as severe as yours, but it hurt pretty damn bad for awhile). I hope you can put some updates on soon. Godspeed.
I am a Life Flight helicopter mechanic for a national corporation. seems like every other day i go to work here lately my helicopter gets called out for a motorcycle accedent. im glad you will recover. take the time to research who was the air ambulance crew and what company they worked for and thank them and let me know who they were. I know i would thank them. im just the mechanic but i get props from the flight crews every day for keeping them in the air. good luck with your recovery man.
