I have an 06 1000 with 1400 miles and I've been getting 145-162 alot of freeway 80 to work and about 45 splitting traffic on the way home.

130 to 140 on average.......fuel up and the gas pump says I put in about 3.7 gallons.

The bikes come jetted rich from the factory, so with a pcIII, it will be leaned out and post better mpg's.
