With just a pipe I hit 152 miles and get the light. If I'm really good (keep it under 80mph the whole tank -- ya, right) I can get to 170 miles before the light. My worst tank was the most fun -- 125 miles and yellow light.

180 miles? ? ? ?

I never get more than 100-110 regular use, the best i`ve ever had was 140 and that was once.

Its been the same with the RS5 on too, but thats before i get a PC3 cos the accelerater mod is goin on, i`m sure that will use up more.

With all the mods I get 110 before the light goes off. I guess the accelerator mod sucks up more gas then I thought.

120 max before yellow is all I ever saw and it was the first tank of gas. I have not seen 100 in months. I think Chain must cruise around town doing 40 in 6th. I have never seen his numbers.

I do 95% of my riding at night with virtually no traffic. I'm 27 miles from where I work and get 3 full trips before I have to fill up again - usually the light comes on when I'm halfway home on the 3rd day. The usual deal is 80-90mph steady into and from work with the occasional blast to 150mph for a quickie. Also run it from the stoplight at the work exit to 130ish and hit the binders hard and park it. This yields me an average of about 147 to 152 miles before the yellow light turns on. Now when I have to work Saturday and sneak out a lil early there is absolutely NO traffic and I average 160-170mph most of the way home (22miles of interstate). This scenario makes the light come on around 130miles. Maybe my light comes on late -- don't know. I've filled up right as the light cut on and I suspect that I have 3/4gallon left when the light comes on.
