Thanks mate. I was stoked with how they turned out. I would've liked the gold but couldn't find any so went with the silver. At least its original looking. I'll put them back on in the morning and see how they look.

Great, they'll go good with your black helmet, black jacket, black gloves and your black boots.

I was thinking black to Sprock but with black calipers and black forks I thought it was to much black. I wanted the gold as there is a tiny band of gold in my colour scheme but nobody had gold so I settled for the silver colour. I mainly wanted it cleaned up more than anything else. They looked really bad and needed something doing to them. Anyway I'm about to go get some loctite and reinstall the rotors and wheel to the bike. FYI the torque setting for the rotor bolts is 31 ft/lbs. Cheers.

Thumbs up Cheers Guys

Thanks for the comments guys. SB thanks for the edit of my slip.

Thought I would post these 2 pictures to show our Honda loyalty and my new non- Honda.

Only covered 80 miles on the new ride and already decided too upgrade the brakes to Honda ones sometime in the future. Apparently this is a common mod on the ZZR, just goes to show how good Honda brakes are.

We will post some more photos of the ZZR & CBR600 together very soon.

Rich

Good looking ZZR Rick, they do some great colours as well, that metallic maroon was a good one.

If you're upgrading the brakes, maybe put some braided lines on there as well.

Steve,

Thanks for the comments. Luckily she has HEL braided lines already fitted :-) so just a caliper change

Ride safe.
