What have you done to your CBR 1000f today?
Cheers, SB

- hope it's great man.
Had to take the carbs off my 93 ( these were the high miles ones from Malbo)
seems they are dumping too much fuel in - worse now that the weather/air
is much much cooler motor bogs down and flutters under heavy accel.
Going to pull the new jets in I put in them and install back into the stock carbs
that came with the bike as I suspect the needles in Malbo's are worn and the
diaphragm springs are a bit weak too - me thinks this will remedy the issue
along with a new less restrictive air filter

Saved for reference.
Cheers, SB
yes , i think so , on that plastic 3way tee . A bit of sealant has done the trick . Not game to over tighten .
Update . Broken down at Yea . Bloody reg/rec . Awaiting a mate with trailer , will be towed to near Phillip Island and fixed at some stage over the weekend. I'll ride her home . First test of the relationship. .
Hope the fix is easy and you have a great GP
Cheers, SB
In 2001 that happened to a mate on his VFR800 on the way off the Island after the race. He had to leave it at a guys house he never new from a bar of soap. He had to stay down there until it was fixed through that week. I hope it doesn't impact on your weekend to much Al. Cheers mate. I'm sort of glad I never went now as I can feel the flu coming on......coughing non stop I feel like I'm gonna pop a rib soon.
