What have you done to your CBR 1000f today?

Good & bad day
Had a ride up to the Ace Cafe London in the mist/drizzle
Met a couple of hundred bikes as we motored on the A roads to margate
Where an excellent day was had by all - Margate was overtaken by bikes - there wasn't a street without a bike in it! Sun shine as well!
Had a quick ride back in the drizzle, had a quick dose of heavy right hand on throttle
Got home with a misfire which I need to sort quickly
Also ordered HID kit & new front wheel today

Bought and ordered 'some stuff' for the CBR today
First of all, I bought a set of Michelin Pilot Powers.
They also had two universal fit Laser oval carbon mufflers, wich I bought too (I'll just fab up some link pipes).
And I ordered some stuff on eBay; a K&N oil filter, gold anodized shorty clutch and brake levers, and something I don't think any CBR1000F rider has; a set of LED rear lights with integrated side markers... for a Ducati 748/916/996

Yesterday I pulled the front springs out and checked the fork oil. Re-tweaked the triple trees . I degalzed the tires with oven cleaner and washed her. Today is oil change day and full three bag check out for possible trip.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I replaced the plugs, went from the NGK 9's to the 8 to see if the hotter plug will help with lighting the ethanol off better.

I like that trailer. I would not change my setup, just add the trailer and haul beer on ice.

Ordered a Pilot Road 2 rear tire today as a white band down the center started poking through. Looks like it is woven cotton or something.
Tightened chain as it was whipping like nobody's business. Forgot to lube it though. Noticed that weird grinding/clanking noises were coming from the engine when starting out in first gear. After about 2 seconds the noise goes away, and does not appear in any other gears. Then I realized that I heard this noise the last time I tightened the chain too. Too tight?
Changed oil in hopes of stopping clutch from slipping in the 7.5-10k rpm range in 2nd and 3rd gear. Had chitty SuperTech car oil in there, now have Rotella T after researching and realizing there is a difference. After 20 mile test ride it is still slipping but maybe not as much, maybe it's just my imagination. Would the old oil release its curse on the clutch that fast, or is there still hope that I won't have to replace the discs? Anything else to check?

More miles should shed the sh!tty oil from the plates ......hopefully. give the chain a bit more slack , turn to turn and a half on the adjusters.
Great ride down to work in Massachusetts this am on my 93 got to investigate the
throttle cables later tho' seems there's a little bit of play in 'em
