Handlebar Shake
For the "pins and needles" here are my suggestions:
1) Good gel gloves
2) Salamander bar end weights, this changes the harmonics of vibration(best mod ever, read the FAQ), also fill the handle bar with lead shot gun pellets to reduce even further the vibration.

3) Grip Puppies go over your existing grips (still to evaluate, haven't received them)

4) Better seating position (Sargent or Corbin)
5) Lower footing position (lowering pegs)

6) Go up a tooth in the front sprocket to lower the RPM's at crusing speed (changes again vibration harmonics)

Head shake can be caused by lots of things. Not only the front end. The rear end can cause issues too. Even under inflated rear tyre will cause the front to shake.
Tingles. I get laughed at when people see my foam grips but I love em. Honda's are renowned for vibration when out of tune. Just be thankful that our motors are rubber mounted unlike some others that are rigid.

Update on the Grip Puppies:
Did a short ride and they feel good.
They should help on a long ride with the pins and needles.
The material is like a foam, but much more dense and thinner in thickness..
It fits perfect over the existing grips, don't slide and offer great gripping action.
I did not findmyself clutching the grips, that is a common side effect of having thick foam wall grips.
