I'd say you need to correct the front end problems you know of and then see what you have.

Kinda pointless trying to figure out if something is wrong when you know something is wrong

Also you realize you've listed enough serious issues to know you shouldn't be riding that bike???

Sounds like she's giving you enough warnings and prepping to highside you for not listening...

My bike has always had a slight bar shake (from new) when I let go of the bars. The bearings have been adjusted & it still does it. The answer to that problem is I don't let go of the bars. Lots of things can cause front end wobbles, including a badly adjusted rear tyre, shot swing arms bearings & front/rear tyre balance.

If you know you have RS head bearings & your forks are leaking oil, then its pretty fair to say that you have answered your own question.
As Kuroshio has said, your only one pot hole away from ending up on your ****, so get it fixed yesterday.

Fix what you know is wrong first, then go from there before you end up on the pavement. Front end problems like that are nothing to just look over, especially bearings.

You've probably destroyed the races on the head bearings from letting the front end slap back and forth when braking. When working on the forks, pull off the upper and lower triple clamp. I bet you'll see that the races have been torn up.
