Yes, it's not a beginner's job, but if you have some mechanical aptitude you can do it.
First time will take you about 6-8 hours.
Buy a split camchain from Takasago or DID with 150 links, as the Honda chain requires you to split the casings which is an "engine out" job. DID part no is SCAH 412-150 I think. Go back into the posts and look for CCT replacement, or go into the technical section - good writeups with pictures. Get the uprated CCT from www.Wemoto.co.uk or www.mrcycles.com. It has a longer piston. Looks like this.
