new paint looking for a yea or naw
I have one question I cant put the bike into neutral unless the engine of off???????? any help
Yea I no I have a 1991 upper on a 96 body, LOL its hard to find a 93-96 upper but anyway I like it cuz Im put ducts where the turn
signals are and install mini turns on it

Clutch is probably dragging - replace your clutch fluid as a first step.
Go to e-Bay for used parts - UK has plenty.
DON'T try putting ducts (???) where the indicator lenses were - it's a stress area on the fairing and you could cause cracking/breakage at high speeds. Blank them off PROPERLY or fit the right turn signals.
