Nice work man, Personaly dont like the tail but thats because i dont like the fact the subframe is showing so much, i did the F4-I front end swap 2 years ago but then sold the bike before buying a digi speedo so it still has a 1999 F4 analog speedo, should be buying my 1991 F2 (The One in my Sig) back from my mate in 2 days if all goes well.

did you have to lessen the width of the subframe?

Is it possible to fit the front fairing while keeping the F2 cluster?

I did not do anything with the width of frame, athough I cut the bottom and bent it up 25 degrees about 6 to 8 inches from the end then welded it in... I'm sure you could get the factory cluster to work depending on your fab skills.

Awesome. I love polished lips. Im doing the same F4i/rr swap. Can you pop the front seat and get a pic of the mounting brackets? It would help me out alot.

great swap! couple of quick questions about the gauge swap though.

Do the new gauges bolt right onto the f4i upper fairing stay? or is there something that goes in between them

And is there anywhere you can order ez connectors for the gauges?
