Hi all i have seen so many posts on here with pix of body conversions and tail conversions this is what i am wanting to do to my bike however i have b een told its difficult alot of modification and also alot of money, i have not actually seen a full post of how to do it what you need to modify the problems people have come across and generally how to do it and if any thing what bits do straight fit, i know its a big ask and alot of time for someone to do but is there any way someone could find the time or start a full thread on actually how to do it so little people like me can have a go i would be eternally gratefull and have a lush looking bike ,,,,,, many thanks Jon

Honestly dude, you should just go for it. I was able to put an entire 600RR body on my F2. I had to trim some pieces off of the front stay, and I had to do some trimming on the inside of the plastics so that they could fit flush against the bike. But I still have my stock front stay and stock gauge cluster. No need to complicate things, you just gotta go for it and figure things out along the way.

 

I have the f4i front end on my bike. The start w/o anyone's help was ordered all the parts, when I got all of it I tore mine apart pieced it together, made aluminem brackets and just looked at it for a very very long time.
