Hmm the pic of the sub-frame mount is not the same as mine. I have an 05 600RR, its a full system RS-5.

Did the mount bracket come bent like that or did you bend it? The sub-frames are different between years, though. Do you have the muffler clamp spaced evenly on the mount? Also try turning the muffler its self. When I installed mine the muffler was not put on straight and it took me a minute to figure it out.

Here are pics of my sub-frame mount and the muffler clamp.

The mounting bracket (the one underneath the rear seat) came like that. I did try turning the muffler but that didnt work. I got an 04 600RR and i just bought a slip on. it seems like the part where it starts to bend after going under all that heat shield material, needs to be bent a tad to the left ( when ur looking at it from behind the bike). should i risk bending it myself or take it to someone to do it professionally? Any other suggestions?

If your going to bend it I would take it to a muffler shop to have that done. There has got to be something that is just not lined up right. Sorry bro with out looking right at it I cant think of anything else.
