Default exhaust swap

Hey Im in the process of swapping the stock exhaust for an aftermarket exhaust on my 06 600rr. I have been working on this for the past couple of days. Does anyone have any secrets how to get the stock exhaust off? I have removed every bolt and clamp that would hold the stock exhaust in place. Even with someone helping me, I couldn't pull the exhaust off. So my next question is, does the actual subframe have to come off in order for me to remove the exhaust? I hope not!!!

^thread Jacker, start your own

back to the ORIGINAL post...
I am not aware of anything other than a full exhaust or even a different exhaust, have you looked into taking the baffles out?
